If you love grilled seafood the way we do, fire up the BBQ and get ready for some savory, seared shrimp with these barbecued shrimp recipes! Serve them with a salad and potato salad and you 'll have a memorable meal from your grill and the sea.

Spicy Lime Grilled Shrimp
This recipe serves 8 and as you prep & grill they'll be mouth-watering guests awaiting your creation!
INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning (such as Emeril's Essence®)
1 lime, juiced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound peeled and deveined medium shrimp (30-40 per pound)

DIRECTIONS
1) Mix together the Cajun seasoning, lime juice, and vegetable oil in a resealable plastic bag. Add the shrimp, coat with the marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
2) Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat, and lightly oil the grate. Remove the shrimp from the marinade, and shake off excess. Discard the remaining marinade.
3)Cook the shrimp on the preheated grill until they are bright pink on the outside and the meat is no longer transparent in the center, about 2 minutes per side.

Don't let the cayenne pepper in this marinated shrimp recipe fool you; what comes off your grill is going to be a delicious, non-inflammatory BBQ shrimp that will leave even the most delicate pallette begging for more; the cayenne combines with the other spices to bring out the flavor of the shrimp, wothout causing the fire alarms to go off!

Marinated Grilled Shrimp
INGREDIENTS
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup tomato sauce
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 pounds fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
skewers
<directions
1)In a large bowl, stir together the garlic, olive oil, tomato sauce, and red wine vinegar. Season with basil, salt, and cayenne pepper. Add shrimp to the bowl, and stir until evenly coated. Cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour, stirring once or twice.

2)Preheat grill for medium heat. Thread shrimp onto skewers, piercing once near the tail and once near the head. Discard marinade.
3)Lightly oil grill grate. Cook shrimp on preheated grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until opaque.
